My name is Fazril, I graduated in Mechanical Engineering and was hired under GEOLOG’s Fast Track Program. I attended several classroom trainings in Romania, where I was introduced to the basic Mudlogging principles. After successfully passing the training, I was assigned to Operations in Kenya, for my first onshore exposure, where I had the chance to work together with experienced Data Engineers and Gas Specialists. After Kenya I was assigned to Qatar Offshore Operations.
Coming fresh out of college and with no prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry, I truly appreciate how GEOLOG has invested in me by providing high level training and whilst in the field, mentors helping me adjust to this new and exciting experience. I believe I can grow further with GEOLOG in the coming years, not only in my career but in regards to my own personal development.
