My name is Hardiant and as a Petroleum Engineer graduate, I wanted to work in an industry that I can use what I learned at University. I am happy that GEOLOG and a career in Mud Logging really offers this!
From the first day working in the field as a Mud Logger, I am a vital part of the whole operation. I have the chance to experience and understand activities in drilling, geology and completions, as well as to learn how to solve well problems which previously I have only seen in books.
GEOLOG offers great possibilities for career development. The G-RISE program is excellent and motivates employees to develop and succeed. You can grow from an entry position to a Specialist in modern and advanced field services, or to become part of the management team. I started as a Mud Logger, and now I am working as a Project Coordinator.
