My name is Sim and I am from Malaysia. I graduated as a petroleum geologist from Curtin University, joining GEOLOG fresh from university as a Mud Logger. I enjoy a lot working at the rigsite and so far, I have worked with awesome colleagues and senior managers who are always willing to teach and help us.
I am really grateful to be part of the company, as GEOLOG is always investing on its employees through several training programs, where we can learn everything from A to Z, this really helps to boosts our confidence when working at the field.
I still remember during my first hitch with the company (it was GEOLOG’S first project in Malaysia). We worked hard and we learned and grew together as a team. By the end of the project, we received an appreciation letter from the client congratulating us for the excellent job done.
I am proud to be a part of GEOLOG family and this is a life/career journey that I always cherished.
