Type of Data Processed and Scope of processing
The servers and computer systems responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified Data Subjects, but due to their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data are only used to check the correct functioning of the website. They could also be used by the Police in the event of any crime investigation; except for this eventuality, data are stored for the times defined by the relevant legislation for the time strictly necessary to provide the User with the service required to guarantee the transmission of the communication.
Data voluntarily provided by User
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Company's contact addresses, as well as the submission of forms on the site, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications, forms and curricula transmitted.
In particular, through the website, all the information provided by the Users is collected and processed by sending the curricula and filling in the forms relating to the application to one job offer, and in particular personal and contact data, information relating to work experience or of training. Providing personal information through our contact forms is not a legal or contractual requirement; however, failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service, as we need this information to handle your request.

Data Controller will process the data provided voluntarily by the User for the purposes of:
- management of personnel search and selection procedures;
- insertion of the CV in our archive for contacts and possible future interviews in the field of personnel selection research;
- comply with legal obligations, including collaboration with the Police, where required.
Processing and security measures
Personal data will be processed by Data Controller and its personnel duly authorized with Information Systems, in accordance with the principles of correctness, loyalty and transparency as indicated in the applicable law, protecting the privacy of the data subject and its rights by the adoption of adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of safety appropriate to the risk.
Recipients of the data
Processing activity will be carried out by the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, trained and authorized for processing, to pursue the purposes indicated above. The data provided will be treated strictly confidentially and may be disclosed to other Geolog Group companies for the same purposes listed above.
Furthermore, in some cases, personal data may also be disclosed to suppliers, contractors and consultants, in charge of maintenance activities of the website. Recipients will have access to personal information only when required by the performance of their functions, according to contractual confidentiality obligations. The recipients are appointed as processors by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulations.
Users' personal data will be kept for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected.
The retention period of the data depends on the purposes for which it is processed and therefore may vary. The criteria used to determine the applicable retention period are as follows: the retention of personal data will last for the time necessary (i) to seek professional positions in line with the candidates' profiles as resulting from the curricula and the information sent via the form; (ii) to claim rights in court, as well as (iii) for the time provided for by applicable laws.
Rights of Data Subjects
Data Subjects may exercise, in relation to the processing of the data described herein, the rights provided for by the Regulations (articles 15 and following of the Regulations), including:
• receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data and access their content (right of access);
• update, modify and / or correct your personal data (right of rectification);
• request the cancellation or limitation of the processing of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and the right to limitation);
• oppose the processing (right of opposition);
• revoke the consent, where provided, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
• receive a copy of the data in electronic format that relates to it made in the context of the employment contract and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).

Right to Claim
Data Subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulations, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Rules).
